Hard Money 101

Not every real estate transaction fits neatly into traditional financing. This course introduces real estate professionals to hard money lending and explores how alternative financing can provide solutions when conventional lending may not meet the needs of the transaction.

Led by Ted Przybylek, “Rancho Ted,” a lending professional with more than 30 years of industry experience, attendees will learn how hard money financing works, how it differs from traditional lending, and the types of transactions where it may be an option. The course will cover asset-based lending, bridge financing, investor-funded loans, and real-world scenarios that demonstrate how these financing tools can be used in practice.

Attendees will also learn to recognize situations where factors such as timing, property condition, or unique borrower circumstances may call for a more flexible financing approach.

This course is especially relevant for real estate professionals working with investors, fix-and-flip properties, distressed properties, or transactions where traditional financing presents challenges.
