Weekly Marketing Session & Tours

North San Diego County REALTORS® Marketing Sessions allow real estate professionals to network, pitch their listings, stay informed, exchange information, and close deals!

Rules of the Road

To maximize the productivity of the Marketing Sessions and Tours, North San Diego County REALTORS® members follow these rules:

  • Non-members and guests who are potential Marketing Session sponsors are welcome to visit two times before joining the appropriate membership category.
  • REALTORS® from other Associations are welcome to participate under the same rules and procedures as North San Diego County REALTORS® members.
  • Out-of-state REALTORS® will need to provide proof of REALTOR® membership.
  • You cannot bring clients to a marketing session or on a caravan.
  • If you serve food at your open house, you can't serve alcohol.
  • Open Houses are now optional immediately following the Marketing Sessions.
  • Coming Soon Listings: You may pitch a Coming Soon Listing, but an Open House is not allowed until the listing is Active in the MLS.

For instructions on how to feature your property on the Tour Report and Optional Open House Tour:

Matrix users, we advise you to submit your listing two (2) hours before the listed deadline to ensure your property will appear on the tour report.

Marketing Session Information 

Please note that Marketing Sessions and Tours will not be held the week of Thanksgiving, November 24–28.

  • Wednesdays at 9:00am - 10:00am, Networking starts at 8:30am
  • In-Person Meeting held at Green Dragon Tavern & Museum (6115 Paseo Del Norte, Carlsbad, 92011)

  • The deadline for Listing Submission is Tuesday at 12:00 pm (Noon) before the tour date
  • Out-of-Area listings in Carmel Valley/Del Mar/Rancho Santa Fe will be accepted

  • Wednesdays at 8:30am - 9:30am
  • In-Person Meeting held at Fallbrook Country Escrow (1676 S. Mission Rd, Ste. E, Fallbrook 92028)
  • Optional Open House held from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • The deadline to submit a property is Monday at 2:00 pm before the tour date

  • Thursdays at 9:00 am - 10:00 am, Networking starts at 8:30 am
  • In-Person Meeting held at the Women's Club of Carlsbad (3320 Monroe St, Carlsbad 92008)
  • There is an entry fee of $3 at the door

  • The deadline for Listing Submission is Wednesday at 3:30 pm before the tour date

  • Fridays at 9:00 am - 10:00 am

  • The deadline for Listing Submission is Thursday at 10 a.m. before the tour date

    • This is an Independently Run Marketing Session & Tour outside of NSDCR

  • Tuesdays at 9:00 am, Networking Begins at 8:30 am
  • In-Person Meeting held at the Escondido Masonic Center (1331 S Escondido Blvd, Escondido 92025)
  • The entry fee is $2 dollars

  • The deadline for Listing Submission is Monday at 2:00 pm before the tour date
  • Agents are advised to enter the listing into the N607 Tour Group OR as an Open House
  • The timeframe is at the discretion of the Listing Agent
  • Out of Area listings are welcome
  • Home does not need to be held open to pitch at this time

    • There will be no Marketing Session or Tour on November 11th in observance of Veterans Day.

    This is an Independently Run Marketing Session & Tour outside of NSDCR

  • 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month at 9:00 am - 10:00 am
  • In-Person Meeting held at Shawii Kitchen at the Native Oaks Golf Course (14616 Woods Valley Rd, Valley Center, CA 92082)

  • The deadline for Listing Submission is Monday at 12:00 pm before the tour date

    • There will be no Marketing Session or Tour on November 12th for Veterans Day.

    Our Carlsbad and Oceanside Marketing Sessions are the only locations where we provide sponsorship opportunities. Sponsoring these sessions gives your business a direct platform to reach REALTORS®, increase exposure, and make lasting connections.

    • $50.00 Fee, for two (2) weeks sponsorship
    • Obtain half of a page in the back of the tour packet to advertise your company

     Full Page Ad Sponsor (Front Page)

    • $100.00 Fee, for two (2) weeks sponsorship
    • Obtain a full page in the front of the tour packet to advertise your company
