As a licensed Investment Advisor & IRS Enrolled Agent, Jesse Lipscomb specializes in Tax Planning for Realtors and Real Estate Investors. He uses Tax Return Based Financial Planning Strategies and Tax-Bracket Optimization Techniques to help his clients control & lower their taxes, save for retirement, and invest for cashflow. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Jesse is also a familiar voice on San Diego radio, having hosted the Financial CPR Radio Show on AM 1170 KCBQ, and Co-Hosted The Money Makers on AM 760 KFMB. Jesse lives in Jamul, CA with this wife and family.  His hobbies include: attending Army Football games, riding his horse, and working on his ranch.
