Being a REALTOR^® comes with responsibility and opportunity. Our REALTOR^® members serve an important role in the community because they help people buy and sell homes with the ethical representation they deserve and need.

When you join North San Diego County REALTORS^®, you become a member of our 6,000-agent network of professionals. Our mission is to give you the tools and support you need to thrive in your business.

How to Apply

If you want to join as a REALTOR^®, please complete the appropriate application, and submit a copy of the following documentation with your application:

• Complete the North San Diego County REALTORS^® Membership Application, including the responsible broker’s signature. Your membership application can't be processed without your broker's signature.
• Your California Department of Real Estate salesperson’s or broker’s license.
• Your picture ID (driver’s license, etc.).
• Payment of the appropriate dues amount.
• If you have previously been a REALTOR® member with another association, please supply us with your NRDS# and a letter of good standing.

Your completed and signed application may be faxed to (760) 734-3976, mailed, or hand-delivered to our REALTOR® Hub on the 5 at 1903 Wright Pl., Suite 120, Carlsbad, CA 92008 or our REALTOR® Hub on the 15 at 16766 Bernardo Center Dr., Suite 107A, San Diego, CA 92128.

Designated REALTOR^® (Broker of Record) With MLS

A licensed Real Estate Broker wishing to join North San Diego County REALTORS^® must submit a completed “Broker” new member application along with a copy of their license and full payment of all applicable fees. A broker may be self-sponsored or they may be the managing broker of a licensed office. If their firm has a name different from their own, they must also submit a copy of their office’s license or DBA/articles of incorporation from the Department of Real Estate.

REALTOR^® Membership (Agent) with MLS

This membership includes a full REALTOR® membership with MLS subscription. A licensed Real Estate Salesperson wishing to join North San Diego County REALTORS® must be employed by a broker member of North San Diego County REALTORS^®. An agent may not join North San Diego County REALTORS® unless their broker belongs to North San Diego County REALTORS^®. An agent wishing to join North San Diego County REALTORS^® must submit a completed REALTOR^® new member application signed by their managing broker along with a copy of their DRE license, photo ID and full payment of applicable fees.

REALTOR^® Membership – No MLS

This membership includes full REALTOR^® membership without an MLS subscription. A licensed Real Estate Salesperson wishing to join North San Diego County REALTORS^® must be employed by a broker member of North San Diego County REALTORS^®. An agent may not join North San Diego County REALTORS^® unless their broker belongs to North San Diego County REALTORS^®. An agent wishing to join North San Diego County REALTORS^® must submit a completed REALTOR^® new member application signed by their managing broker along with a copy of their DRE license, photo ID and full payment of applicable fees.

Secondary Members

A licensee may join any REALTOR^® Association they choose as a secondary member without their broker being a member of that association (this does not apply to MLS service).
