Eligibility for the Real Estate Achievements & Leadership (R.E.A.L.) Awards

Eligibility for the Real Estate Achievements & Leadership Awards is based on 2025 closed sales by agents who are members of a San Diego County REALTOR® Association. North San Diego County REALTORS® members are automatically considered using CRMLS data. Agents from other associations may become eligible by joining North San Diego County REALTORS® as a Secondary REALTOR® member.

Award Criteria

Awards are based on the greater of sales volume or units sold, as recorded in the MLS for 2025. For transactions in other MLS systems that may not be included, agents must provide proof of any missing sales. Acceptable proof consists of a gross commission report or an MLS report.

Important Notes:

• Only the lead agent is recognized for the award. Co-agents' sales are not included.
• A lead agent may have a team recognized instead. For team awards, the entire team is recognized instead of an individual.
• Production credit is given only to the primary agent, as shown in the CRMLS.
• All agents who belong to associations in San Diego County are included in the percentage ranking calculation.

R.E.A.L. Awards Criteria for 2025 Production

• Top 1%: 23 Sides or at least $23,588,700 in volume
• Top 3%: 15 Sides or at least $13,675,000 in volume
• Top 5%: 12 Sides or at least $9,785,000 in volume
• Top 10%: 8 Sides or at least $5,439,000 in volume

Based on 2025 production data provided by CRMLS and the number of active agents in San Diego County at the end of 2025.

Teams and Applying for Team Awards

For details on team eligibility and to submit a team award application, please click “Apply for a Team Award" by Thursday, February 5, 2026. Team awards are offered in the same categories as individual awards and will be presented under the team name, with all members recognized collectively. Before applying, please review the legal definition of a team as outlined by C.A.R. here.
