How to File a ComplaintIf you have a complaint about a North San Diego County REALTORS® member, we want to hear about it. We take our duties seriously as REALTORS®, and hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
There are two ways to file a complaint. You can use the interactive submission form or download the PDF packet and email or mail the completed packet in.
Beginning January 1, 2023, we will be implementing a Code of Ethics Citation System and accepting Anonymous Complaints.
To file an anonymous complaint, the alleged conduct must fall within the North San Diego County REALTORS® pdf Code of Ethics Citation Schedule (123 KB) .
When a formal complaint or an anonymous complaint is filed, the Grievance Committee will review the complaint to determine if it falls within the Code of Ethics Citation System. Should the complaint fall within the Code of Ethics Citation System, a citation will be issued to the Respondent. The Grievance Committee has the authority to forward the complaint on to a full due process hearing if it is determined that the complaint has alleged conduct above and beyond what is specified within the Code of Ethics Citation System. The Grievance Committee may also dismiss the complaint if it is determined that there appears to be no violations of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
