During her tenure at C.A.R.\, she worked on REALTOR® legal and business matters\, advising C.A. R.\, local Associations\, MLSs and the real estate industry on a variety o f broker\, MLS and online data\, licensing\, intellectual property\, priva cy\, antitrust\, Code of Ethics\, contractual and corporate matters. She o versaw the State’s legal and policy program on the MLS and published Model MLS and Bylaws documents and legal articles. She was a frequent speaker o n these issues.
